Mama Pole

The new Mama Pole training program is designed specifically to help a young mother restore her body after childbirth, get back in shape and, of course, provide a charge of vigor and positiveness for the whole day.
The most important thing is that the baby is always there, you can do it without any restrictions.
A cozy atmosphere reigns in the hall, where mothers meet new people…
