The renovated Rekap Pole Space studio is not only the largest pole dance studio in Estonia, it is 265 m2 area where every piece is thought out with love and care for our guests. Thanks to the smart zoning we’ve managed to turn this place into a real paradise for pole dance and sports lovers! After all our space combines everything that you love and value so much – high ceilings (3.7 m), spacious and bright rooms, stylish and cozy design, unique atmosphere, the best equipment and, of course, a team of professionals.
The studio has 2 bright training rooms – Space 1 and Space 2. Both rooms are equipped with large mirrors and a music system. There is also an additional LED backlight.
Space 1 (87 m2) – has 8 poles and is where most of the group lessons take place.
Space 2 (60 m2) is equipped with 2 poles and a suspension system for 5 air balances. The atmosphere of this room is great for individual lessons, stretching and choreography workouts are also held here.
The studio has the following sports equipment:
– removable two-mode poles (10 pcs.)
– aerial hoops (3 pcs.);
– aerial silks (4 pieces);
– sports and yoga mats;
– suspension systems
The studio also has a large and comfortable dressing room, a chillout zone for relaxation, separate bathroom and WC, a sink with a dressing room.
Here you can relax, have a coffee and get ready for your lessons.
All rooms are freshly renovated and equipped with the latest ventilation system.

Studio founder and head coach
Qualified trainer of the IV category in acrobatic gymnastics, choreographer and director in the sports direction of acrobatics on a pole. She took many additional advanced training courses – sports psychology, work with children, the basics of stretching, etc. She took part in master classes from such world acrobatics stars as: Bendy Kate, Dimitry Staev, Julia Wahl, Dima Shevtsenko, Marina Kostrova, Erika Yakovleva and others. Organizer of various master classes and sports events in aerial acrobatics.
2012 – founded the Pole Style sports club (formerly Pole Acrobatics), where she continued to work as a head coach and leader.
2014 – compiled the author’s teaching methodology for both beginners and accomplished athletes, in such areas as pole acrobatics (adults and children under 18), stretching (adults and children under 18). One of the first teachers in Estonia to open a pole acrobatics group for children under 18. She began to stage performances for pole acrobatics competitions.
2016 – took part in the organization of the Pole Art Baltic Cup.
2017 – founded her own pole dance studio, Rekap Pole Space.
